Politics: Buhari appoints ex-military administrator as new Chief of Staff

According to Sahara Reporters, Pres. Buhari today appointed ex-military administrator of Kaduna state, Hamidu Ali as his new Chief of Staff. What do you think about this? is he trying to take it back to military Rule??
